Information submitted through the pilot application
ReviveGrid collects the business and contact information you choose to provide, including company details, website, contact information, service area, approximate lead volume, sales-system information, average job-value range, and descriptions of your current follow-up process.
How the information is used
We use submitted information to evaluate Revenue Recovery Pilot fit, respond to your inquiry, prepare for a discovery conversation, protect the application form from abuse, and maintain an operational record of the application.
Technical information
The application form may record the referring page, campaign parameters, browser user agent, and an irreversible keyed hash of the request IP address for limited anti-abuse checks. ReviveGrid does not store the raw request IP address in the pilot application record.
Customer records are not requested by this form
The public pilot application does not request homeowner records, CRM credentials, estimates, or a customer export. Any later exchange of customer information requires a separate agreed scope and appropriate data-handling terms.
Retention and access
Application records are restricted to authorized ReviveGrid operators and retained for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate, manage, document, or defend the related business interaction, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the application by contacting [email protected]. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Changes
This policy may be updated as ReviveGrid adds production capabilities, enters new jurisdictions, or begins processing customer pipeline data. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
