Privacy Policy
Effective August 6, 2026
This policy describes the personal information ReviveGrid processes through the public website, business communications, and a separately authorized managed Revenue Recovery Pilot.
Scope
This policy applies to revivegrid.com, pilot applications, direct business inquiries, and records processed while evaluating or operating an agreed pilot. A paid pilot must also be governed by a separate written agreement that defines the customer, permitted data, responsibilities, communication rules, retention, and security expectations.
Information we collect
Depending on the interaction, ReviveGrid may process:
- Business identity and contact information, such as company name, website, contact name, business email, phone number, role, and service area.
- Pipeline and fit information, such as approximate lead volume, dormant opportunity volume, CRM, average job-value range, current follow-up process, and application notes.
- Business communications, including emails, replies, meeting notes, requested follow-up, and application reference information.
- Authorized pilot records, such as old lead or estimate identifiers, contact details, status, estimate value, last-contact date, salesperson, suppression status, campaign history, reply classification, and recovered-revenue evidence agreed with the customer.
- Technical and security information, such as user agent, referrer, campaign parameters, timestamps, administrator security events, and keyed hashes used for limited anti-abuse and session controls.
The public application form does not request homeowner records, CRM credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Sources
Information may come directly from an applicant or correspondent, from a customer that is authorized to provide records for an agreed pilot, from the recipient of a ReviveGrid communication, or from service providers that report delivery, reply, security, and suppression events.
How information is used
- Evaluate whether a company is a credible Revenue Recovery Pilot fit.
- Respond to inquiries and manage discovery, onboarding, and the business relationship.
- Import, validate, segment, and document customer-authorized opportunities.
- Prepare and send human-approved communications, classify replies, stop future follow-up when required, and route interested contacts to the customer's sales team.
- Measure delivery, opt-out, appointment, and recovered-revenue outcomes.
- Protect forms, accounts, data, and infrastructure; investigate errors and abuse; and maintain attributable audit records.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Disclosure and service providers
ReviveGrid may disclose information to hosting, database, email-delivery, security, infrastructure, and professional service providers that support the agreed operation. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a legitimate business reorganization. Providers are expected to process information only for the authorized purpose and subject to appropriate terms.
No sale or behavioral advertising
ReviveGrid does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The public website does not currently use advertising, retargeting, social-media tracking, or analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
Commercial email and opt-outs
Recovery communications are prepared from customer-authorized records and require human approval before release. Commercial messages include an opt-out mechanism and the required sender information. Opt-out and do-not-contact records may be retained in minimal form for as long as needed to prevent future contact and document compliance.
Retention
Application and business-communication records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate, manage, document, or defend the relationship. Pilot records follow the applicable agreement, operational need, suppression obligations, security requirements, and legal retention duties. Security logs and audit records may be kept longer where needed to detect abuse, investigate incidents, or preserve an accurate compliance record.
Security
ReviveGrid uses measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, including restricted administrator access, two-factor authentication, short-lived security challenges, encrypted authentication secrets, secure session cookies, data minimization, human approvals, durable suppression controls, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, API keys, CRM credentials, or customer exports through the public application or ordinary email unless a secure transfer method has been agreed.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to learn about categories, sources, purposes, and disclosures; to opt out of sale or sharing; and to appeal a denied request. ReviveGrid does not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. We may verify identity and authority before acting, and legal exceptions may apply.
California notice at collection
The categories collected are described in “Information we collect.” They are used for the business, operational, security, and compliance purposes described above. ReviveGrid does not sell those categories or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Retention depends on the application, communication, pilot agreement, suppression requirement, security need, and legal obligation.
Children
ReviveGrid is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the public application.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
