Legal
Website Terms
Effective August 6, 2026
These terms govern the public website and pilot application. They do not replace the separate written agreement required for a paid Revenue Recovery Pilot.
Website purpose
This website explains ReviveGrid and allows qualified companies to contact us or apply for a potential managed Revenue Recovery Pilot. Website content is general business information and is not legal, financial, construction, tax, or compliance advice.
Business use
The website is intended for authorized representatives of businesses. You must provide accurate information that you are permitted to submit and must not impersonate another person or company.
No contract or outreach authorization
Submitting a pilot application does not obligate either party, create a service relationship, authorize contact with any homeowner or historical lead, or approve access to a CRM. A paid pilot begins only after a separate written agreement and the required customer approvals.
No guaranteed outcome
ReviveGrid does not guarantee that any historical lead is contactable, interested, qualified, convertible, or attributable to recovered revenue. Results depend on source data, permissions, market conditions, offer quality, sales-team follow-up, customer decisions, and other factors outside ReviveGrid's control.
Prohibited submissions and use
Do not use the public website to submit customer lists, homeowner records, CRM credentials, passwords, API keys, payment-card data, malware, unlawful content, or information you are not authorized to provide. Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, scrape protected areas, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use ReviveGrid content or systems for unlawful outreach.
Separate pilot terms
A Revenue Recovery Pilot requires a separate agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities, permitted data, communication authority, approvals, suppression, security, retention, outcome definitions, and termination. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the pilot agreement controls for the service.
Intellectual property
The ReviveGrid name, brand assets, website design, copy, workflows, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited, revocable right to use the public website for its intended business purpose.
Third-party services and links
The website or later pilot workflow may depend on third-party infrastructure, email, hosting, CRM, or scheduling services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. ReviveGrid is not responsible for third-party sites that are not controlled by ReviveGrid.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or restrict the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, operational, or product reasons. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.
Disclaimer
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReviveGrid disclaims warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
