No guaranteed outcome
ReviveGrid does not guarantee that a historical lead is contactable, interested, qualified, convertible, or attributable to recovered revenue. Any pilot scope, fee, responsibilities, communication permissions, and result definitions must be set out in a separate written agreement.
Applications do not create a contract
Submitting a pilot application does not obligate ReviveGrid to accept the applicant, does not authorize outreach to any customer, and does not create a service relationship.
Accurate information
Applicants must provide information they are authorized to submit and must not use the application form to transmit customer lists, sensitive personal information, credentials, malicious content, or unlawful material.
Intellectual property
The ReviveGrid name, brand assets, website design, copy, workflows, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use this website for its intended purpose.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or restrict the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.
